This seafront Inn is nestled in the cliff face above the beach and commutable within a short drive of Killarney/Dingle/Ring of Kerry and a great vantage point to savour the dual peninsula of Dingle and Iveragh.
This family run Inn has a mix of hotel rooms, with stunning seaviews, hostel type rooms/dormitories and also 2 bed apartments with en-suite bedrooms. The bed capacity is 57 with an additional 3 staff rooms.
Full 7 day alcohol licence. The restaurant and bar offer amazing views overlooking the beachand ocean with seating for 60 indoors and 30 outdoors. The beer garden is south and west facing, a great place to relax, unwind , enjoy the views and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean waves. The kitchen is commercial.
The Seafront Inn had major refurbishment works in 2014 including electrical and plumbing totally replaced and insulated throughout. Gas central heating supported with thermo- dynamic panels on the roof (for hot water). New double glazed pvc windows and external doors throughout . The entire building was externally insulated making it very easy to heat and very efficient at retaining the heat. Most of the building is concrete built.
It stands on c. ½ acre with parking for about 12 cars. There is further ample parking across the road beside the beach.
